AGREEMENT:
The Walker Valley High School Broadcast
Journalism class, The Spill®, WVHS Senior Video 2008 "The Best Year Ever!", and the Senior Video 2008 Staff reserve to change this agreement at any time without notice. This agreement is valid at the time of submitting your order. The change of this agreement shall not violate the laws of ex post facto in the Tennessee Code Annotated.
By clicking "I Agree" you are agreeing to the terms of the following:
1. This order is completely binding in every legal way.
2. After submitting this form a receipt will be emailed to you. This receipt will include your order number, please keep this number for future reference and in communication with the Senior Video 2008 Staff. Please allow up to one week for a response. If you do not receive a response from us, you should try and email us at swebb@bradleyschools.org to check the status of your order.
3. You MUST use your REAL email address. If we cannot contact you in this way your order may be dropped. SEE CANCELING
CANCELING:
Your order may be canceled by either the above mentioned parties or by you in any of the following ways:
1. It is discovered that false information has been submitted on your order form. This includes your email address.
2. You do not substantially fill out the order form.
3. You are unresponsive to our attempts to contact you about payment.
4. You contact us at WVHS at 423-336-1383
5. You email us at swebb@bradleyschools.org with your information and tell us to cancel your order. You WILL receive confirmation that your order has been canceled. If you do not receive a confirmation that your order has been canceled within 1 week, call the school at 423-336-1383 and ask to speak to Scott Webb or someone in the Broadcast Studio.
We do this to protect ourselves and to keep the cost to produce the video down.

The Senior Video DVD is $20 donation. The Graduation DVD is $25 donation. All proceeds from the DVDs go to the Media Concepts class. Contact Coach Webb if you have any questions. Senior Videos preordered online will be available at Senior Night.
